UK Government launches G-Cloud 15 platform, with Clear Ideas onboard

G-Cloud has relaunched, bringing a lot more choice to the UK public sector.

Described by the Government as the ‘biggest upgrade in G-Cloud’s history’, G-Cloud 15 will make it easier for public sector organisations to find services that are right for them.

And we’re delighted that Clear Ideas is part of that choice.

We’ve been appointed as a supplier on the G-Cloud 15 framework (RM1557.15), providing Twilio Flex contact centre services through Lot 2b, Cloud Software.

For public sector organisations, the new framework opens more options when looking at how technology can help address everyday communications challenges.

That choice matters because everyone’s requirements are different.

It could be reducing customer wait times and making services easier to access, while freeing staff to spend more of their time supporting the people who need human help.

It could also be introducing AI and automation in the right places to improve service delivery and make better use of existing resources.

We’ve already helped public sector organisations in Ireland deliver operational improvements and cost reductions, and G-Cloud 15 now provides a direct framework route for UK organisations to access that experience too.
